Selena Gomez’s latest manicure is giving us the nail art crossover we didn’t know we needed. Gomez’s nail artist, Tom Bachikposted a picture of the actor’s manicure on Instagram, which were painted with a classic, milky-french tip design.

Captioning the photo “sitting pretty with a classic French mani for @Selena Gomez 💅🏼 ,” the duo collaborated to celebrate the launch of Gomez’s collection with cookware company Our Place. The manicure featured a rounded french tip topped with a milky, sheer pink color. The simple design managed to capture two of the most popular nail trends at the moment: milk bath nails and french tips.

French manicures have been a leading design for a few years now. It has been seen all over award show red carpets, and recent iterations like “designer french tips” have given the look a summery update. Milk-bath manicures have become a recent favorite of celebrities, particularly as wedding season approaches, with Nicola Peltz Beckham and Lana Condor wearing the nail look for their respective wedding and engagement.

Gomez’s manicure is perfect for anyone who likes a more minimal nail-art style, but still wants to be trendy. To make this manicure your own, try getting it in popular spring colors, like mint green or lilac, for a soft manicure that will still turn heads.
