MIAMI GARDENS, Fla– New England Patriots quarterback Mac Jones suffered a back injury in Sunday’s season-opening 20-7 loss to the Miami Dolphins and needed X-rays on it after the video game.
The group canceled his set up press conference, although he will consult with the media practically Monday, the Patriots stated.
Jones completed 21-of-30 for 213 backyards, with one goal and one interception. He was sacked two times, taking a success in the 2nd quarter on a blindside blitz on which he fumbled the ball and the Dolphins returned it for a goal.
