Jason Momoa is using a stance against single-use plastic materials.
In a video clip provided to Instagram, the 43-year-old “Aquaman” celebrity partially shaved their shoulder-length that is iconic hair raise awareness for plastic-ware and how it finds its way into the ocean.
“Aloha, everyone,” he said in the clip, “Hand me those braids.”
Holding two braids of his freshly hair that is chopped the “Game of Thrones” alum explained why he had been choosing the side-shave appearance.
“Shavin’ from the hair… doing it for…” Momoa said before he touched the medial side of their mind and groaned. “I never ever also felt the wind there!”

The “Dune” star captioned the video clip, “heres to beginnings that are new’s spread the aloha. be better at protecting our land and oceans. we need to cut use that is single away from our everyday lives and away from our seas. plastic containers, synthetic bags ,packaging, utensils most of it. let us aloha our ‘āina together aloha j. @mananalu.water,” he referenced their aluminum water brand name.
This is not the time that is first actor shaved his hair to combat single-use plastics. Back in 2019, Momoa shaved his beard for the time that is first 12 years to be able to market aluminum recycling.
