We don’t need a reason to love Harry Styles! Her great voice, ‘cool’ tattoos, gender-neutral style and much more… But Styles’ comments on mental health in a recent interview earned him even more credit. In an interview with Better Homes & Gardens, Styles explained that going to therapy changed his perspective. “I believed going to therapy meant you had a problem,” Styles said. “I wanted to say I didn’t need it.”
Explaining that this perspective has changed, Styles added that many doors opened in his life after going to therapy. “I think living, being happy and suffering are the facts of life,” said Styles. But it really makes me feel more alive,” she added.
Stating that it is embarrassing for her to dominate everyone’s private life, Styles said, “For a long time, I thought my relationships were the only thing that was mine. It was embarrassing for me, it was embarrassing for people to even know I had relationships. But then ‘Why am I ashamed?’ I thought. I am a 26 year old adult man and single. Of course I can have relationships,” she said.
