Backstreet Boys’ AJ McLean Shows Off Fat Reduction Amid Sobriety

Rock the human body right. AJ McLean is showing on their dramatic slimming down as he targets a wholesome and sober life style.

“Thought We’d do a throwback that is little vibes,” the Backstreet Boy member, 44, captioned a photo collage shared via Instagram on Thursday, September 1. “Found the pic on the left from a year ago on vacation and wow it’s amazing what a little dedication and setting goals can do for a person.”

In the post, McLean showed a photo of himself “from a year ago on vacation” next to two more recent snaps of himself in the gym with impressive changes to his physique.
