Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo’s Unusual BTS Picture Is Wicked Great

Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande are showing there’s no rest for the wicked.

As production get ready for the movie adaption of the Broadway musical Wicked, the Harriet starlet, who will play Elphaba the Wicked Witch of the West, offered fans a preview of herself with the “7 Rings” vocalist, who will depict Glinda the Great Witch.

In the Oct. 6 post, Cynthia, 35, shared a selfie with Ariana, 29, as the 2 were resting on the flooring on an evident break in a wedding rehearsal space. She captioned the image, which was shared on her Instagram Stories, “Someplace in Oz. ILY @arianagrande.”

The pop star then reposted the image on her own Instagram Stories, together with the caption, “ily more :’))))).”

In 2015, the starlets verified that they would be signing up with the cast of the Jon M. Chu-directed movie. At the time, Ariana published a picture of her Zoom call with her brand-new co-star and director to Instagram Nov. 4, composing, “Thank goodness.”
