Cauliflower is one of my favorite low-carb ingredients. It may seem like a plain vegetable that can sometimes have a weird smell while cooking, but when prepared correctly, it can be truly amazing!
Using cauliflower rice instead of regular rice in a cauliflower fried rice recipe significantly reduces the calorie and carb count, and it still tastes delicious. It’s one of my favorite keto cauliflower recipesand has the same flavors as the real thing.
